René Köcher 84eef4a830 Implement support for 'set guifont' via optionSet. ... This adds a framework to handle options set from NvimServer and hooks into the optionSet() RPC api endpoint in NVimView. Currently it handles `guifont` and `guifontwide` in the Server->View direction. Changes are also reflected in VimR's Preferences dialog. Not yet handled: - sending the currently configured font as `guifont` to NvimServer - sending an error to NvimSever if the font specification is invalid - differenciation between `guifont` and `guifontwide`		2020-12-19 18:12:54 +01:00
