Make client functions polymorphic in context and error rows

- Client functions now return Om (Record ctx) errorRow result where ctx and errorRow can be any types - Previously hardcoded Om {} which only allowed empty context - Uses unsafeCoerce to widen types for polymorphism - All existing tests pass BREAKING CHANGE: Function return types are now polymorphic, which should be backwards compatible in practice but may affect some type inference scenarios
