0bf00a4247 Remove --encoded-package-metadata from docs 
It's not clear whether or not the option would be added to the GNU linker,
so I"ll make this a hidden option for now.

7d17aa83eb Add --Bsymbolic-non-weak and --Bsymbolic-non-weak-functions 
GNU ld doesn't support these options, but LLVM lld do.
