feat(es): Improve APIs for plugin authors (#5632)

- All variants of `Expr` now implement `Into<Box<Expr>>`.
 - All variants of `Expr` now implement `Into<PatOrExpr>`.
 - All variants of `Pat` now implement `Into<PatOrExpr>`.
 - All variants of `Pat` now implement `Into<Param>`.
 - `StmtOrModuleItem` is improved.
