- Split `MemberExpr` into `MemberExpr` and `SuperPropExpr`.
- Use `Box<Expr>` for `MemberExpr.obj`.
- Use ad-hoc type for `MemberExpr.prop`.

- Use `Callee` instead of `ExprOrSpread` for `CallExpr`.
