swc_ecma_ast:
 - Add `is_abstract` to constructor types.

swc_ecma_codegen:
 - Fix codegen of `Bool`.
 - Implement codegen for abstract constructors.

swc_ecma_parser:
- Inline tsc parser test suite.
- Implement parsing of abstract constructor types.
