fix(es): Fix bugs (#1395) 
swc_ecma_codegen:
 - Implement `emit_ts_type_assertion`.
 - Implement `emit_ts_type_cast_expr`. 
 - Implement `emit_ts_ns_export_decl`.
 - Implement `emit_ts_signature_decl`.

swc_ecma_parser:
 - Ensure that we report an error for invalid input. (#1391)

swc_ecma_transforms_base:
 - fixer: Handle `await (await foo)()`. (#1397)
