 - Introduce `bundle` mode, which can be used to parallelize processing of bundled files.
 - Add a function analyzer that checks if the function references something from the outer scope.
 - Split out parellsizable passes.
 - Split `optimzer` into pure / non-pure.
 - Run pure optimizations in parallel.
