**Description:**
This PR adds a name cache for the mangler. It's implemented using a `Mutex`, and it's exposed to JS as an experimental API. Note that JS API only provides an opaque object.

**Description:**
While investigating, I found that problem is not the analysis of recursive functions. Instead, it was a problem with the IIFE evaluator, which replaces parameters even if it's recursive.

- We don't need a list of bindings to check if an identifier is unresolved.
- Checking if an identifier is unresolved is now one CPU instruction.
- Previously it was one hashmap operation.
- This PR also improves performance, by removing the hashmaps mentioned above.
