fix(es/minifier): Don't emit invalid code (#3302) 
swc_ecma_minifier:
 - Add lots of debug assertions for invalid codes.
 - Remove all invalid AST nodes eagerly.
 - `pure`: Normalize `PatOrExpr`.
 - `analyzer`: Handle `PatOrExpr` correctly.
