The mbp-alt kernel isn't a thing, so I've replaced the section about which of mbp and mbp-alt to use with instructions about which of mbp and mbp-16x-wifi people should be useing.
I've also removed warnings about 5.8-5.9, as the latest release is now 5.10 and stabler.

Has a warning about 16,1 wifi not working, but it is working now so that might need removing.
I've changed it to a link to the t2linux wiki's dkms page, which tells people
to install the newer versions of the modules. This should help with #25.
