- Remove unecessary script files
- Moved `.scripts/covector/sync-cli-metadata.js` to `.scripts/ci/sync-cli-metadata.js`
- Moved `app-icon.png` to `.github/icon.png`
- Enhanced has-diff.sh script to output which files are modified
