Extend options

Added more options to allow greater flexibility.

Options Added:

TCP, UDP, Continuous and the ability to not resolve hosts.

Added netstat to OSX.

Removed white space.

Update netstat.md

Remove options for simplicity

Removed UDP and hostname resolving changes

UDP and hostname resolving changes aren't as common.

Remove options for simplicity

Reduced number of examples & removed grep.

Reduced down to 6 or less

Removed examples that required grep.
