- Parse and execute a `script.pl`:

`perl {{script.pl}}`

- Parse and execute a `perl_statement`:

`perl -e {{perl_statement}}`

- Check syntax errors on `script.pl`:

`perl -c {{script.pl}}`

- Import module before execution:

`perl -M{{module}} -e {{perl_statement}}`

- Run `script.pl` in debug mode using `perldebug`:

`perl -d {{script.pl}}`
