1c8c7089cb [log_format] try to do a better job matching JSON formats to logs 
Try all formats and find the one with the highest quality
match.  For JSON logs, this means the format that matched
the most fields in the line-format.

63dba408ec [stdin] Keep the stdin piper file in .lnav so that it can be reopened 
When piping the output of a program into lnav, the data would
be dumped to the terminal on exit so that it would not be
lost.  Since that is a bit noisy, the temp file used to store
the data is now left in .lnav so that it can be reopened later.
Older stdin captures are automatically removed after a day.

Also took the opportunity to start using filesystem::path more.

8964232374 [json] fixes for json log parsing 
I was careless with the initial json log impl since it did not deal
with incomplete log lines very well.  This seems to fix some cases.
But, I was still able to replicate a lockup at one point, so it
might not be complete.

f4aeb11ad5 [view_curses] use a vector for string attributes 
Using a map/multimap is too expensive/complex for how many
attributes we have on a line due to how many tree nodes
need to be malloced/freed.  Just using a vector should be
good enough and a lot faster.
