with primitive-0.6.1.0 you'd run into
Data/Aeson/Types/ToJSON.hs:133:1: error:
Failed to load interface for ‘Data.Primitive.SmallArray’
This has been already corrected via revision in aeson-1.4.1.0-r1 as well
