PostProcess.hs: multiarg doesn't depend on utf8String when built with
GHC 7.2.x -- like we claim that we do --, but it does depend on that
library when built with the current 7.0.4 compiler. So we over-specify
that dependency for 7.2.2 to make the package build everywhere.
