fromPackageDescription: add TODO note to resolveInNixpkgs

The special cases for those GNOME packages should not be necessary. https://github.com/NixOS/cabal2nix/pull/410 should simply remove them, but unfortunately `nix-env -qaP` does not list `gtk2` so we cannot discover the name.
