Add various post-process hooks.

- sharc-timbre builds run >8 hours on my machine and should not ever be attempted on Hydra. Disabling the Hydra builds in itself is not enough, because it will be built to satisfy dependencies, like csound-catalog. - The ssh test suite runs for 12 hours straight without doing anything that resembles progress. Also alphabetized the hooks.
