Restore --bibliography, --csl, --citation-abbreviations.

These are now implemented as: --bibliography FILE => --metadata bibliography=FILE --filter pandoc-citeproc --csl FILE => --metadata csl=FILE --citation-abbreviations FILE => --metadata csl-abbreviations=FILE
