../ Pandoc/Use encodeEntities rather than stringToSGML for contents of Str inline in Docbook and HTML writers, since now these strings should not contain literal entity references. ParserCombinators/Added support for tables in markdown reader and in LaTeX, DocBook, and HTML writers. The syntax is documented in README. Tests have been added to the test suite.
