../ Pandoc/LaTeX reader: don't eat excess whitespace after macros. Pandoc.hsMove the variable pandocVersion from `src/Text/Pandoc.hs` to `src/Text/Pandoc/Shared.hs`, so that all Writers can access this variable without importing `src/Text/Pandoc.hs`, preventing circular import.
