Warp is a high performance, easy to deploy HTTP handler for WAI~\cref{wai}.
Its supports both HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2.
Since the last HCAR, some bugs of Warp have been fixed.
Also, Warp TLS incorporated the tls-session-manager package
which enables TLS session cache in the server side.
