Fix Unity.Application mock bug: SurfaceManager.surfaceDestroyed(null)
Change the order of things so that SurfaceManager.surfaceDestroyed() gets
emited *before* the application surface is set to null.
That way ApplicationInfo::createSurface() and ApplicationInfo::destroySurface()
are symmetric, as they should be.
