Stop indicators when Unity 8 stops

This helps when an indicator doesn't expect Unity 8 to die behind its back. For example, indicator-network is unable to know if Unity 8 has died and won't clear its "is SIM PIN (notification) dialog open" state. This fixes ubports/ubuntu-touch#1271.
