Use proper models for filter options: created GenericOptionsModel and UnityOptionsModel + RatingOptionsModel. Removed CombinedFilterOption. Lots of other refactorings.

Don't use signal forwarding n FilterOption / CombinedFilterOption classes, use private handlers for UnityCore signals and convert string type to QString on Q_EMIT.
