3ASCII atom
5A restricted text atom for canonical atom syntaxes. The prefix is `~.`.
6There are no escape sequences except `~~`, which means `~`, and `~-`,
7which means `_`. `-` and `.` encode themselves. No other characters
8besides numbers and lowercase letters are permitted.
