* Update binary links to pull from new runtime repo * Correct binary URLs to refer to urbit/vere, not urbit/urbit * Correct formatting issues in platform labels * Remove --strip=1 from tar command * Revert "Remove --strip=1 from tar command" This reverts commit 9b3afb8ea18562dab42601310c22cf082261400b.
