Make clear / eye-grabbing where to start for installation, etc. Soon, we’ll have an actual, complete doc flow which will start from this point. Dir/URL is still docs/using, but I can change that to docs/start if advised. I think I’m wanting to separate the core Talk, Shell, etc. functionality into the Arvo section and replace the Get Started docs on these apps with just a few simple commands, i.e. more “tutorial” style, not reference style. Also fixed a grammar mistake in the description sentence.
