hoon: doccords, product-docs arent made in +boog
...
this is almost a revert of the commit that added in the %funk tag, but
not quite, so its a new commit. i apparently forgot that product docs
are actually built by +wrap, not +boog, so it was treating postfix
arm-docs as if they were product docs
