`++vase` with value

`!>` is a synthetic rune that produces a vase (a `[type noun]` cell)
with the value `p`. Uses biblical arms [`++onan`](), [`++abel`](). `!>`
is useful for debugging type information.

In these simple examples we see constant type information printed. `1`
and `~zod` are shown to be odored atoms of `%ud` and `%p` respectively.
