term, gui: allow tracking multiple buttons
...
We were previously only remembering the most recently pressed
button, but that's a lossy thing to do.
This commit remembers the button presses so that we can correctly
report all press/release events.

windows: implement decoration setting, change to bitfield
...
Can now set `window_decorations = "TITLE|RESIZE"` or variations
on those flags. `NONE` is a shortcut for no flags.
