Trim off surrounding []
when parsing terminal hover links
Terminal has to accept `[` and `]` as valid word parts, due to `[slug].tsx` being a valid file name. Yet, terminal has to exclude these to match paths in strings like `[/some/path/[slug].tsx]`.
