Update dependencies to include openssl (#8136)

Openssl is required by the `openssl-sys` crate. Trying to build zed on a
Fedora 39 workstation install. This is the error I got from the
compiler.

  For example, `libssl-dev` on Ubuntu or `openssl-devel` on Fedora.
