Extract title_bar crate (#13597)
This PR extracts a singular title bar (`title_bar::TitleBar`) from
`ui::TitleBar` and
`collab_ui::collab_titlebar_item::CollabTitlebarItem`.

This is a first step towards organizing title bar things into one place,
and standardizing platform titlebar/window control implementations.

Fix modality indicators in user menu (#13228)
This PR updates the modality indicators in the user menu after #12940.

We use the ellipsis throughout the app to indicate that a menu action
will open a modal (e.g., the theme selector), so "Themes" needs the
trailing ellipsis.

Whereas the "Extensions" entry opens up a new tab, which we don't
indicate that same way.

util: Use GlobSet in PathMatcher (#13197)
Previously we were using a single globset::Glob in PathMatcher; higher
up the stack, we were then resorting to using a list of PathMatchers.
globset crate exposes a GlobSet type that's better suited for this use
case. In my benchmarks, using a single PathMatcher with GlobSet instead
of a Vec of PathMatchers with Globs is about 3 times faster with the
default 'file_scan_exclusions' values. This slightly improves our
project load time for projects with large # of files, as showcased in
the following videos of loading a project with 100k source files. This
project is *not* a git repository, so it should measure raw overhead on
our side.

Reduce DB load upon initial connection due to channel loading (#12500)
#### Lazily loading channels

I've added a new RPC message called `SubscribeToChannels` that the
client now sends when it first renders the channels panel. This causes
the server to load the channels for that client and send updates to that
client as channels are updated. Previously, the server did this upon
connection.

For backwards compatibility, the server will inspect clients' version,
and continue to do this work immediately for old clients.

#### Optimizations

Running collab locally, I realized that upon connecting, we were running
two concurrent transactions that *both* queried the `channel_members`
table: one for loading your channels, and one for loading your channel
invites. I've combined these into one query. In addition, we now use a
join to load channels + members, as opposed to two separate queries.
Even though `where id in` is efficient, it adds an extra round trip to
the database, keeping the transaction open for slightly longer.

Based on https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/11046

- Partially fixes #10346

## Features

![image](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/assets/71973804/048ecf52-e277-49bb-a106-91cad226fd8a)

### Limitations

- No resizing
- Wayland only (though X11 always has window decorations)

### Technical

This PR adds three APIs to gpui.

1. `show_window_menu`: Triggers the native title bar context menu.
2. `start_system_move`: Tells the compositor to start dragging the
window.
3. `should_render_window_controls`: Whether the compositor doesn't
support server side decorations.

These APIs have only been implemented for Wayland, but they should be
portable to other platforms.

Introduce a new markdown crate (#11556)
This pull request introduces a new `markdown` crate which is capable of
parsing and rendering a Markdown source. One of the key additions is
that it enables text selection within a `Markdown` view. Eventually,
this will replace `RichText` but for now the goal is to use it in the
assistant revamped assistant in the spirit of making progress.

`assistant2`. This is because we need to modify the assistant before
slotting in the new renderer and I wanted to merge this independently of
those changes.

linux: Store binary path before restart to handle deleted binary file (#11568)
This fixes restart after updates not working on Linux.

On Linux we can't reliably get the binary path after an update, because
the original binary was deleted and the path will contain ` (deleted)`.

See: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/69343

We *could* strip ` (deleted)` off, but that feels nasty. So instead we
save the original binary path, before we do the installation, then
restart.

Later on, we can also change this to be a _new_ binary path returned by
the installers, which we then have to start.

Remember window restore size (#10429)
Now, regardless of how the Zed window is closed, Zed can remember the
window's restore size.

- [x] Windows implementation
- [x] macOS implementation
- [x] Linux implementation (partial)
- [x] update SQL data base (mark column `fullscreen` as deprecated)

The current implementation on Linux is basic, and I'm not sure if it's
correct.

The variable `fullscreen` in SQL can be removed, but I'm unsure how to
do it.
edit: mark `fullscreen` as deprecated

### Case 1

When the window is closed as maximized, reopening it will open in the
maximized state, and returning from maximized state will restore the
position and size it had when it was maximized.

https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/assets/14981363/7207752e-878a-4d43-93a7-41ad1fdb3a06

### Case 2

When the window is closed as fullscreen, reopening it will open in
fullscreen mode, and toggling fullscreen will restore the position and
size it had when it entered fullscreen (note that the fullscreen
application was not recorded in the video, showing a black screen, but
it had actually entered fullscreen mode).

https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/assets/14981363/ea5aa70d-b296-462a-afb3-4c3372883ea3

### What's more

- As English is not my native language, some variable and struct names
may need to be modified to match their actual meaning.
- I am not familiar with the APIs related to macOS and Linux, so
implementation for these two platforms has not been done for now.
- Any suggestions and ideas are welcome.

Tie the Zed application ID to the release channel (#11335)
Since we do want to have different versions of Zed running on the same
Linux install, we need to give them different application IDs so they're
not grouped together as the same application.

This changes the app_id depending on the releaes channel and, crucially,
it also matches them up with the bundle identifiers that we use on
macOS.

Rename RemoteProject -> DevServerProject (#11301)
Co-Authored-By: Mikayla <mikayla@zed.dev>

In a fit of ill-advisedness I called these things remote projects;
forgetting that remote project is also what we call collaboratively
shared projects.

typescript: Complete function calls with snippets (#11157)
This allows function call (i.e. snippet) completion with
`typescript-language-server`. So far that didn't work, because
`typescript-language-server` doesn't respond with `insertText` when
getting the completions, but only when then sending
`completionItem/resolve` requests. See:
https://github.com/hrsh7th/nvim-cmp/issues/646#issuecomment-992765479

What this PR does is to support text edits in the response to
`completionItem/resolve`, which means updating the completion item.

It then enables this feature by default for
`typescript-language-server`.

TODOs:

- [x] Make this work over collab
- [x] Test that this doesn't break existing language server support
- [x] Refactor duplicated code

Release Notes:

- Added support for function call completion when using
`typescript-language-server`. This will result in parameters being
added, which can then be changed and navigated with `<tab>`. For this to
work with `typescript-language-server`, the documentation for a given
completion item needs to be resolved, meaning that if one types very
quickly and accepts completion before `typescript-language-server` could
respond with the documentation, no full function completion is used.

Set appid/wmclass for zed window (#10909)
fixes https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/9132

By setting the app id, window managers like `sway` can apply custom
configuration like `for_window [app_id="zed"] floating enable`.
Tested using `wlprop`/`hyprctl activewindow` for wayland, `xprop` for
x11.

Release Notes:

- Zed now sets the window app id / class, which can be used e.g. in
window managers like `sway`/`i3` to define custom rules

Break typography styles out of StyledExt (#11013)
- Centralizes typography-related UI styles and methods in
`styles/typography.rs`
- Breaks the typography-related styles out of `StyledExt`. This means we
add a `StyledTypography` trait – this should more or less be an
invisible change as we publish it in the prelude.
- adds the ability to easily grab the UI or Buffer font sizes
(`ui_font_size`, `buffer_font_size`) with `TextSize::UI`,
`TextSize::Editor`

Inline git blame (#10398)
This adds so-called "inline git blame" to the editor that, when turned
on, shows `git blame` information about the current line inline:

![screenshot-2024-04-15-11 29
35@2x](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/assets/1185253/21cef7be-3283-4556-a9f0-cc349c4e1d75)

When the inline information is hovered, a new tooltip appears that
contains more information on the current commit:

![screenshot-2024-04-15-11 28
24@2x](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/assets/1185253/ee128460-f6a2-48c2-a70d-e03ff90a737f)

The commit message in this tooltip is rendered as Markdown, is
scrollable and clickable.

The tooltip is now also the tooltip used in the gutter:

## Settings

1. The inline git blame information can be turned on and off via
settings:
```json
{
  "git": {
    "inline_blame": {
      "enabled": true
    }
  }
}
```
2. Optionally, a delay can be configured. When a delay is set, the
inline blame information will only show up `x milliseconds` after a
cursor movement:
```json
{
  "git": {
    "inline_blame": {
      "enabled": true,
      "delay_ms": 600
    }
  }
}
```
3. It can also be turned on/off for the current buffer with `editor:
toggle git blame inline`.

## To be done in follow-up PRs

- [ ] Add link to pull request in tooltip
- [ ] Add avatars of users if possible

## Release notes

Release Notes:

- Added inline `git blame` information the editor. It can be turned on
in the settings with `{"git": { "inline_blame": "on" } }` for every
