bf5c3d963a Rearrange collab titlebar items to avoid movement of the toggle contacts button 
* Replace username in titelbar with a `...` user menu that shows
  the current user name and contains a sign-in/sign-out button.
* Move the '+' (toggle contacts) button back to the right side.
* Move the collaborators back to the right side.
* Move the share/unshare button to the left side, beside the project title
* Only show the share/unshare button when in a call.

04df00b221 Iterate over keymap then dispatch path when matching keybindings to make precedence more intuitive

4a2b7e4820 Use alt-z to toggle soft wrap in active editor 
When there isn't a default soft-wrapping for the active editor, we
will soft wrap at the editor width. This is consistent with Visual
Studio Code.

54cf6fa838 Pull blink functionality out of editor and into blink manager. Make blink manager subscribe to settings changes in order to start blinking properly when it is re-enabled.

69ecbb644d DOCK WORKING! 
Update editor element to use mouse regions instead of dispatch event for mouse events
Fix bug in presenter where mouse region handlers were stored on click and called instead of more up to date handlers from subsequent renders
Changed MouseRegion to require discriminants in all cases
Add scroll wheel event to MouseRegion
Polished a bunch of dock inconsistencies

ec41dd9f18 Remove checked-in theme JSON files 
* Generate the themes on build
* In debug builds, watch the theme sources. When they change, re-generate
  the themes and reload the current theme, removing the need for the
  `theme_selector::Reload` command.

- border focus color
- Text feature color
- Match & active match highlight color

Matches should be more legible now in both themes. `activeMatch` is still not hooked up on the rust side, so it won't take any effect yet.
