- Update Zed Terms of Use:
  - Rename from 'EULA' / 'Terms and Conditions'
  - Rename 'Zed Network Based Service' to 'Zed Service'
  - 3.3.2 Usage Data (formerly Telemetry Data)
    - Add examples of 'Usage Data'
- Add link to https://zed.dev/docs/telemetry - Explain 'telemetry ID' and user linkage

  - 5. OWNERSHIP
