add(comp): dynamic completions for fish (#1176)

Browse Source 
And infrastructure to make it possible
to add more dynamic completions for
different shells in the future.

eg:

```
zellij attach [completes-active-sessions]
zellij kill-session [completes-active-sessions]
```
