fix(ui): resolve ambigous pane movements activity history 
Adding field active_at and using it to sort panes. This closes #230 by resolving ambiguous movements in favor of the most-recently visited pane.

4f7ad31cf6 Changing tests to test the new behavior 
Previous behavior was to go to the largest overlap. Now it should go to
the most recently used pane. Used cargo insta review to update the
snapshots.

when moving back to a direction.

2c12e8ff83 Change Config To Flag (#290) 
This changes the `config` subcommand to a config flag.

Add option subcommand for now, for the clearing of default path.

Add `ZELLIJ_CONFIG` environment variable.

The configuration locations are now as follows:
    * `--config` flag
    * `ZELLIJ_CONFIG` environment variable
    * default config location
in that order.

Reduce crate size by 4.8MB using cargo diet, to 77kB 
On top of that I verified that `cargo package` is still able to build,
adjusting the includes in the process to assure required assets are
packaged, too.
