Fix(Mouse): Remove unimplemented! Macro for Mouse
...
Remove `unimplemented!` macro for mouse and unsupported events,
essentialy mimicking the NoOp.
Should not crash anymore when handling mouse events.
Alternatives:
Keep the `unimplemented!` macro for `termion::event::Event::Unsupported` ?

Fix(strider): Ignore descending into empty dir
...
Adds a guard to check if the directory is empty before
trying to descend into it.
Eg:
Doesn't error anymore, if inside ./git/branches directory
and pressing `l`.
