[−][src]Struct sim::cap::CapSimState
Dynamically limit driving trips that meet different conditions:
- trips passing through roads with a per-hour cap
- trips passing through roads with agents currently experiencing some delay
Transform the trips by:
- cancelling them
- delaying them
- rerouting them
