Adam Simpkins ab3a7cb21f Move fb-mercurial sources into an eden/scm subdirectory. 
Summary:
In preparation for merging fb-mercurial sources to the Eden repository,
move everything from the top-level directory into an `eden/scm`
subdirectory.
