Siddharth Agarwal 5d41145967 merge: make 'cd' and 'dc' actions store the same arguments as 'm'
We're going to treat these conflicts similarly to merge conflicts, and this
change to the way we store things in memory makes future code a lot simpler.

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
