Pierre-Yves David 669aff65a4 bundle2: add debug output for part generation
The part generation process was lacking a ui object and could not produce debug
output. It seems valuable to have some debug output on this part too, especially
now that we are planning to be able to hide it in the default --debug output.

Mercurial

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
