Summary: I want to use correct locks and transactions for snapshot. For context of what the commands do: - `hg snapshot createremote`: Read your local changes, upload uncommitted files to mononoke and create a snapshot server-side using them. I added `repo.lock/transaction`. - `hg snapshot restore`: Updates to parent of given snapshot, downloads file contents and updates them. I added `repo.wlock/lock/transaction`. - `hg snapshot info`: Reads server info about snapshot, doesn't affect local repo. I didn't add any locks.
