Carlos Fernandez cad86f2fa1 eden cli: Kill processes keeping handles inside Eden mounts ... Summary: This diff adds the functionality of asking the user if they want to terminate processing preventing eden rm from succeeding. Also some refactoring done, specifically create prompt.py for the prompt utility because having in cmd_util (which imports config, which imports cmd_util) was causing a circular reference problem when trying to import from file_handler_tools.
