Summary: In preparation for making `BlobRepo` buildable by facet factories, restore `BlobRepo` members that had been converted to `TypeMap` attributes back into real members. This re-introduces some dependencies that were previously removed, but this will be cleaned up when crates no longer have to depend on BlobRepo directly, just the traits they are interested in.
