dawn: better multikey format 
Improves the multikeyfile format by taking a single ship and a list of
life+key pairs, instead of a list of full seeds.

Also decouples these changes from the dawn event, once again putting a
single seed into it. In the multikeyfile case, keys are injected as
%rekey events to jael near the end of the boot sequence.

Haskell-side changes may or may not be incomplete, boot presently fails
at some unknown point with what looks like a noun conversion error.

Addresses a bug where if the publisher could not perform the fact
conversion, it would not be deferred to the subscriber, preventing the
subscriber from being ahead of the publisher

jael, dawn: support multi-keyfile during boot 
Allows booting with a keyfile containing multiple keys, as long as one
of them matches current PKI pubkeys for the specified ship.

All relevant keys are loaded into jael and will automatically be put to
use when they match PKI state.

push-hook: hold subscription open after validating access 
When we receive a watch-nack on a versioned subscription, we attempt to
resubscribe on an unversioned path. However, if we receive an unversioned
subscription request for which we are not compatible, we hold the
subscription open and never send any facts on unversioned subscriptions.
As the check for unversioned compatiblility occurs before retrieving the
initial-watch, subscriptions which are supposed to nack never do. Fixed
by moving the conditional.

naive: infer ships from 'from' 
For all except spawn, we can infer one of the ship arguments to be the
"from" ship.  This reduces repetition in the batches, which shortens txs
by 4 bytes each (except spawn), and eliminates the need to assert the
same ship is used in both places.

The verifier now takes an octs so that we can properly hash it to the 32
bytes required by ecdsa.

This allows lib/naive to use its own stdlib again.

Also switches everything to ropsten by default, including ivory pill.
Batches work on ropsten now.

Also adds +tx as a hacky development tool to create text for metamask to
sign and then turn that into a batch.  A useful reference for bridge and
aggregator work.

naive: move signature verification inside loop 
Before this change, signatures were verified according to the owners at
the beginning of batch, which is wrong.  Now we do it per wrap, but this
is *also* wrong because they should actually be verified per tx, in case
the owner changes within a wrap.

Also introduces the roll/wrap terminology.

clay: add /~ ford rune, as /= for directories 
Hoon files may want to import nouns from all files in a given directory.
/~ lets you do so, importing as a (map @ta *) (but with typed values).

Note the description as "directories" here, instead of "path prefix".
The behavior, as implemented, will not include /path/hoon for /~  /path,
instead only including /path/more/hoon and more deeply nested files.
This seems to be, generally, the behavior you want, for example when
importing from /app/myapp/* for /app/myapp/hoon.

Actually using the resulting map requires some manual casting, which is
not ideal. Some code style improvement work remains to be done as well.

dill: reify sessions interface 
Implements tasks for creating and deleting new sessions, and allows
terminal handler agents to distinguish between sessions.

Includes bits of preparation in drum to more fully support multiple
distinct sessions, but doesn't get it all the way there just yet.

gall: stop sending %onto 
Gall would send %onto gifts to notify about app updates and update
failures. This would end up in dill, which printed some appropriate
text.

Here, we make gall responsible for doing this printing itself (by
having it explicitly ask dill to print some tape/tank), instead of
relying on the receiving end of some bespoke notification protocol.

Mainnet is currently experiencing undue load due to a watch-kick loop.
If the watch is unsupported, it will be kicked due to a mark mismatch,
which will be interpreted by the unversioned hooks as a network pressure
kick, prompting a resub and continuing the loop. Instead, we now no-op
on unversioned, unsupported watches, waiting for the subscriber to
rewatch after it processes the versioning OTA. This will silently break
groups for the subscriber until the reach the latest OTA, but is
preferable to nacking, and kicking them permanently

hark-store: give set instead of count in initial 
When we receive a notification, it might not affect our count because
it’ll get merged on the server side, but we unconditionally increment
our count on the client if the notification hasn’t been loaded yet.
Addresses this by storing a set of time, index so we can compute whether
or not the notification is merged or unloaded and change the count
accordingly.

dill: replace %ctl and %met belts with %key 
Previously, we relied on foolish hacks, like [%met %bac], to send
"special" keystrokes with modifiers.

This updates the belt type to have %key, which represents a single
keystroke, with any combination of modifier keys.

Note that this has overlap with %txt to some extent. [%key ~ 'a'] should
be considered equivalent and preferred to [%txt 'a' ~], but updating
existing usage is left to a later commit.

210a63e238 strandio: fix await-thread and thread-result 
thread-result generated the tid twice and didn't take the kick caused by
the child thread closing. Additionally, await-thread and thread-result
expect a %thread-fail to produce [term (list tang)] rather than the
actual [term tang].

This commit adds a take-kick, removes the duplicate tid line, and fixes the
expected thread-fail type.

%url blits are meant for "activating" urls. Of course, opening a new
browser tab from within a C program is difficult, so we don't do it.

This is still better than doing the faux activation by just printing
the url. term.c no longer really knows where/how to draw it, and it's
meant as interactive behavior rather than visual output, anyway.

term: decouple line clearing from line printing 
This simplifies the behavior of individual blits, making their
implementation simpler and giving arvo more control.

This lets us write on top of existing content, instead of completely
replacing the affected row. Additionally, lets us draw starting at the
cursor position, instead of the leftmost column.

To retain the previous behavior, preface with [%hop 0] to move the
cursor to the start of the line, [%wyp ~] to clear the existing content,
and finally your %lin to render it.

dill: stop redrawing the prompt & cursor 
No longer inserts newlines or redraws the prompt post-print, pushing
this responsibility down to drum where it belongs.

Additionally, separates the flow for dill's own output, from that of the
console application. This lets us keep the desired behavior for now, and
will ease reworking in the future.

Last-printed-line and cursor position are still kept around in dill
state, in order to respond to the relevant scry endpoints. These should
either be refactored to scry into the underlying console app, or be
removed entirely in favor of %hey.

Only detects mouse clicks. Though, "9" mode seems broken, or unsupported
or something? Probably need to upgrade to "1000" mode or higher, but
that also reports scrolling events and such, which don't want to steal
from the context we're running in just yet.

pull-hook: ensure facts are not malicious 
Ensure that the resource from the wire, the resource for the update
match up. Also ensure that the source ship and the ship that is being
pulled from for the resource match up. Without this, a host of a graph
could send updates for graphs that they do not hosts, and these would be
unconditionally forwarded, allowing malicious hosts to overwrite graphs
that they do not host.

sole: add %bye effect for closing the session 
This lets applications suggest to the client that they should gracefully
unsubscribe from the session.

Arguably this might be accomplished by %kick-ing the client and then
crashing on their subsequent resubscribe, but this requires tracking
their sole session id and has less semantic clarity on what's happening.

pull-hook: backstop crashed kick handler 
Virtualises the kick handler for the inner door in lib/pull-hook, so
that crashes in the handler do not cause a dangling resource with no
subscription. Additionally, failed kicks now cause the sync to be
dropped into a failed-kicks map in the state, where we attempt to
recover from the failure in the on-load.

If the %kick handler of the inner-core crashes, then we never get to
resubscribe, thus leaving a dangling entry in the state with no

Unflops the spur in +en-beam, +de-beam, and everything that calls either
of those, or works with the consequences of their output.

This includes clay's interface for mounting and unmounting, which now

Instead of passing in a tape to print in case we need in, pass in a trap that
can be called to generate the tape on-demand.

Eagerly rendering printouts was costing us a lot of time when we didn't actually
need them, because the pretty-printer is slow.

shoe: don't auto-run discontinuous inputs 
Previously, up-arrowing into (or otherwise retrieving) a command from history
that automatically runs on-input would directly run the command again,
preventing the user from up-arrowing past the auto-run command into further
history.

With this change, shoe detects discontinuous inputs (sole's `%set` edit), and
refuses to auto-run the parsed command in those cases.

dill: send styled text to runtime as-is 
Depending on the additions to term.c made in 467d8d239 allows dill to
forget about ansi escape codes, and pass styled text nouns straight on
to vere.

Also removes a bit of logic from drum, which assumed things about the
rendering of escape codes to adjust cursor positioning. Now it simply
states the semantic cursor position, letting the runtime deal with the
potential influence of styling.

dbug: attempt to scry for state 
If the underlying app implements a /x/dbug/state endpoint in +on-peek,
dbug will now use that for %state evaluation. Falls back to the vase
provided by +on-save if the peek fails.

This allows apps and (perhaps more usefully) wrapper agents to provide
customized vases to /lib/dbug.

Updates /lib/shoe to make use of this, properly prepending the wrapped
app's vase to shoe's own, instead of including it as-is.

shoe: add %table and %row shoe commands 
For rendering a data table or just a single table row respectively.

Table data is a list of header names, a list of width restrictions, and a list
of rows, defined as lists of dimes.
Row contents are rendered as per the aura in the dime. This also determines
their alignment (left/right), and how they break to fit smaller-width columns.

%row was added because %table necessitated implementing it. Whether it's a good
fit for the shoe "protocol" remains to be seen.
