Fix nixosModules example
...
Previously, it did not compile. The goal of the section appears to have been
to describe how to make a nixosModule that will imbue format magic upon
configurations referencing it. With that in mind, I also changed comments and
attribute names to make it more clear that the nixosConfiguration is using the
nixosModule rather than integral to it or vice versa.

Many formats generate an image only large enough for the generated NixOS
config. This quickly runs out of space for NixOS servers that are updated
over time rather than being redeployed with fresh images.

Fix lxc-metadata description in readme

GitHub now supports LaTeX rendering in READMEs and the two $ in the description for lxc-metadata caused that field to incorrectly render as LaTeX.
