Add a space before code block info strings 
This is for consistency with the `cmark` style. Now the blocks we still
pretty-print ourselves will match the bulk of them that `cmark`
produces.

Tests for a TDNR case that wasn't working. The code wasn't 'relaxing' inferred types that didn't contain arrows, so effects that just yield a value weren't getting disambiguated.
